KAINOTOMIA has implemented more than 60 continuing vocational training programmes for unemployed people, teachers of all levels of education, higher education students, employees/self-employed and vulnerable social groups, for the development of professional opportunities and their promotion and integration into the labour market and society in general, through innovative programmes.
“KAINOTOMIA” provides consultancy services to enterprises and support and advisory services to trainees to facilitate their (re)entry into the labour market.
“KAINOTOMIA” has participated in several national projects, offering a high degree of expertise in training in modern fields, combining them with those that are in high demand in the labour market to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes of trainees for their integration into the labour market.
Furthermore, “KAINOTOMIA” participates in co-funded national programmes called “local development and entrepreneurship projects for unemployed people based on specific local needs and development potential”.

Lambda Warszawa, based in Warsaw, Poland, is the oldest continuously operating organisation in the country dedicated to the welfare, rights, and empowerment of LGBTQIA+ people.

It serves as a pillar of support and advocacy for the rainbow community, offering a wide spectrum of services that address the legal, psychological, social, and educational needs.
Lambda Warszawa delivers a comprehensive range of direct support, like the support helpline, emergency shelter, short-term psychotherapy and legal advice services for the LGBTQIA+ community. Beyond direct services, it is deeply engaged in advocacy work aimed at systemic change – the organisation monitors the legal and social situation of queer people in Poland, intervenes in cases of discrimination and hate crime, and participates in public discourse on equality legislation and policy. Lambda Warszawa is also home to Poland’s largest and oldest LGBTQIA+ archive and QueerMuseum, collecting a wide variety of books, legal documents, recordings and memorabilia.
Lambda Warszawa participates in a wide variety of projects, both domestic and European, aimed at a systemic change in a wide range of sectors.
